I am very impressed with the professionalism and craftsmanship of Lenny and his Pinnacle Roofing Pros company. My old cedar shakes roof gave signs of failing. I called PRP for an inspection. During our initial meeting, Lenny checked the roof and pointed out the flaws in the materials, with photos he took with his iPhone. The roof was not fixable and needed replacement. Next, he explained the process and the different materials options I could consider. The same day, he followed up and emailed 4 different proposals. It was very easy and timely to communicate with Lenny over the phone or in email during the whole process, while we agreed on the schedule to accommodate his other projects and to find a day without rain, when his crew could start work and open up the roof. The crew, led by Paulo, showed a high level of commitment to quality and competence. For instance, they found out that the original plywood of the old roof was in good shape, and decided not to replace it. But it was not anchored well to my roof beams, so they just fixed this. And Lenny credited me back for it, as the initial contract cost included plywood replacement. The whole work, once started, proceeded at a very fast and intense pace. The whole operation was clean and smooth. At the end of the work, Paulo came once more to apply some finishing touches and do a final inspection. All in all, this is the most honest, reliable and competent building company I had ever done business with. It was, really, a privilege to work with Lenny, Paulo and Pinnacle Roofing. It was a very pleasing experience. The work is beautifully done, shows craftsmanship and is backed to the PRP 10 years warranty and by the manufacturer’s 50 years warranty on materials.
